For diving courses, failure to arrive for the scheduled dive session is treated as a last-minute cancellation, with no refund.

• Change of Mind: No refunds or reschedules will be provided if you choose not to proceed with your booking.
• Injury or Medical Conditions: A 50% refund may be granted if you are unable to dive due to injury or a verified medical condition, subject to the submission of valid medical documentation and subject to MDC management approval.

Requests to amend bookings (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and may incur fees.

All divers must pass a breathalyzer test before diving. Failure to pass the test will may result in a cancellation without refund.

Diving Courses: No refund if you cannot complete the course due to any undisclosed physical, medical, or psychological condition, including but not limited to, ear equalization difficulties, anxiety, panic attacks, or any other health-related or safety concerns, or failure to comply with safety procedures.

By booking, you confirm you are medically fit to dive. Falsifying health information may result in cancellation without refund.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of MDC, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, or changes in government policy or political unrest leading to the closure or suspension of operations, JSK Borneo Reef: Mantanani Dive Center (MDC) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. No additional compensation shall be provided beyond the refund of the original booking amount.
